Canadian Permanent ResidencyPathway

  1. Express Entry System: The Express Entry system is a points-based immigration system that manages the applications for three federal economic immigration programs:
    a. Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) b. Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) c. Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Eligible candidates create an Express Entry profile and are ranked based on factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and more. The highest-ranked candidates are then invited to apply for permanent residency through regular draws conducted by the Canadian government.
  2. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): Canada's provinces and territories have their own immigration programs known as Provincial Nominee Programs. These programs are designed to address specific regional labor market needs. Each province or territory has its own criteria and selection process, and successful nominees are usually granted permanent residency.
  3. Family Sponsorship: Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor close family members, including spouses, common-law partners, dependent children, parents, and grandparents, for permanent residency in Canada.
  4. Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP): This program is designed to address labor market needs in Canada's Atlantic provinces, including Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. It is similar to the Provincial Nominee Program and requires a job offer from a designated employer in the Atlantic region.
  5. Canadian Experience Class (CEC): This pathway is designed for individuals who have gained skilled work experience in Canada through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program or the International Experience Canada (IEC) program.
  6. Start-Up Visa Program: This program is aimed at entrepreneurs who have a business idea and financial backing from a designated Canadian organization. Successful applicants receive permanent residency to establish their business in Canada.
  7. Quebec Immigration Programs: The province of Quebec has its own immigration programs, including the Quebec Skilled Worker Program, Quebec Experience Program, and others.
